Online: America
I work with late identified Autistic and ADHD adults who are exploring how their brain works after a lifetime of masking. Many of my clients come to therapy to recover from burnout, understand their sensory needs, and build a sustainable neurodivergent life. I offer online therapy and assessments to California residents.
I’m an avid reader, singer, and lover of word games. I’m also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Educational Psychologist, because I couldn’t choose just one career path. My ADHD needs variety!
I work with clients from a collaborative approach, where you are the expert on your life. I won’t tell you how to live your life; instead, I’ll help you understand how your brain works so we can reduce shame and find acceptance. I like sessions to feel open and flow naturally. I click best with clients who are creative, have a sense of humor, and are eager to learn and grow.
I value disability justice, fat liberation, and abolition, and these topics often come up in the therapy room. I welcome conversation around how broader systems and environment affect mental health. But it’s not serious all the time - I use humor often as a way to connect and bring levity to life’s absurdities.
I have a Master’s in Counseling from California State University, East Bay, where I completed a dual degree in School Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m independently licensed as a therapist (LMFT#154169) and educational psychologist (LEP#4525) so I get to do both therapy and assessment. I love the creativity and flexibility in using many parts of my brain.
I’m trained in neuroaffirming therapy and love to keep learning more about the field as it evolves. I specialize in school and work issues, and I love helping clients find accommodations that make life easier.
I’ve worked in the mental health field for 10 years and especially enjoy working with college-age adults and folks in their 30s and 40s.
