I work with autistic adults, mainly late diagnosed, who are reviewing their identity and personal narrative. Often they come with burnout symptoms like exhaustion, anxiety, and difficulties in their relationships. I offer both online and in-person sessions from my practice near Bristol.
My approach in working with therapy clients is relational, creative and awareness oriented. My key values as a psychotherapist are creativity and humour, openness and trust, sharing, hope and optimism, as well as growth and autonomy.
I have been a practicing therapist since 2009, working in different counselling organisations before starting my private practice in 2010.
I worked as a Counselling lecturer for four years, teaching on a Foundation Degree Course (accredited by Worcester University), a BACP accredited Advanced Diploma and the Certificate Course.
