For newly or late diagnosed adults struggling with their autistic identity, autistic burn out, masking, anxiety, depression, trauma including complex ptsd, sleep and relationship problems in and around Camberley and Guildford, Surrey or online nationwide. 

My therapy room is a place where all my clients can unmask and be their authentic selves, and Autistic/ADHD/ Audhd clients can stim freely without judgment. I also offer therapy to autistic, adhd and audhd children from aged 6 years. I am LGBTQ + affirming and consider myself an ally to the community. 

My degree in intergrative psychotherapy enables me to integrate different skills I'm trained in to adapt to my clients vastly varying needs, whilst giving empathy, compassion and a safe space to heal.  In addition to the traditional talking therapy I like to use art and craft, sand tray, sensory toys,  slime, magnets and gestalt therapy in my sessions. For the younger clients I tailor my sessions to special interests where possible.
