I work with autistic teens and adults who are seeking support around mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. I am particularly passionate about helping clients process feelings of isolation, stigma, or difference, and supporting late-diagnosed individuals in building confidence and self-trust. I offer therapy online throughout the UK and face-to-face sessions in Nottingham.
My approach to therapy is open, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that therapy should feel like a space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself. I work relationally, meaning the connection we build is part of the healing process. Whether you want to focus on self-exploration, coping strategies, or simply having a space to be truly heard, I’ll meet you where you are.
I hold a BSc in Psychology and a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP and work from an integrative, trauma-informed perspective. I have completed specialist CPD in neurodivergent mental health and supporting autistic clients with anxiety and identity work. I have been in practice for five years.
Ready to explore whether therapy with me feels right for you? You’re welcome to send me an email to arrange a free 20-minute consultation call. This gives us a chance to meet, ask any questions, and see if we’re a good match. I offer online sessions throughout the UK
