Online & in person BS3 Bristol
I work with autistic adults age 25+ who are navigating identity, self-acceptance, and late diagnosis experiences using a blend of talking therapy, therapeutic coaching and EMDR. Many of my clients are exploring how to live more authentically after years of masking, burnout, or feeling misunderstood. I also support parents and family members. You can see me in-person in South Bristol, online or a mix of both.
My approach is collaborative, conversational and straightforward. I believe therapy doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes having a space to untangle your thoughts, feel truly understood, and work on practical changes can be transformative. Neurodivergence is one of my special interests - you can check out the blog on my website for articles about neurodivergence including resources I've made to support your journey. I live in a neurodivergent family of Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD & dyslexia and so my work is also informed by lived experience.
I am a BACP accredited integrative counsellor, holding a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I have additional training in neurodivergent-affirming practice, and using EMDR with neurodivergent adults.
You're welcome to get in touch for a free 20 minute exploratory call either on zoom or phone. I usually reply within 24 hours. If you do get in touch, please let me know your general availability so I can check if I have diary space!
My fee is £95 - £120 per 50 minute session. I also offer single session therapy (rates on my website).
