I work with autistic adults who are navigating identity, self-acceptance, and late diagnosis experiences. Many of my clients are exploring how to live more authentically after years of masking, burnout, or feeling misunderstood. I also support individuals working through anxiety, sensory overwhelm, and relationship challenges. I offer online sessions across the UK and in-person sessions in Bristol.
I offer a calm, affirming, and client-led space where your authentic self is welcomed and celebrated. My therapy style is collaborative, gentle, and flexible — I believe you are the expert on your own life. I aim to create an environment where you can explore who you are without fear of judgment, pressure, or needing to "perform" in any way. We'll work at your pace, building trust and connection first.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP. I have additional training in working with autistic and neurodivergent clients, trauma-informed practice, and sensory regulation approaches. I have been working in private practice since 2019.
